Full color process on PVC name badge with a clear overlay protection. White badge, .60" thick. No charge for additional colors. Exact PMS match cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges and production time may apply for artwork with a full bleed, straight edges or size not listed. Dark solid backgrounds will not print. White and metallic imprint not available. Logo or main imprint as well as personalization all digitally imprinted.

ARTWORK: Customer furnished black and white camera ready art (crisp and clean edges) will require a $7.50 scan charge. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE WHAT IS CAMERA READY. Art that is not camera ready will require an art charge. ART PREPERATION: Art preparation charges are $60 an hour. Art preparation charge is a service charge only and does not transfer title to the customer. Faxed artwork can be used for estimate cost, not actual production.  Artwork can be submitted electronically, on disk or via email. Artwork will remain on file for a two year period, after which time new artwork will be required. Click here for more information on art specifications. Name badge orders with 15 or more personalized names must submit an Excel spreadsheet or Word document. Customer must typeset how they would like the personalization to appear, i.e. upper and lower case or all caps. First line of personalization must be in column 1. Second line of personalization must be in column 2. FRS productions will not typeset personalization for 15 or more names.
