FRS' company policy is that the computer file provided takes precedence over printed material provided unless otherwise stated.
Please submit artwork in any of the following: PC formatted zip discs, CD or email with file extensions of CDR, AI, PSD, JPEG or TIF. We cannot accept Freehand, Quark Xpress or Microsoft Word Files.
All proofs will be mailed within 48 hours of receipt of electronic artwork via UPS ground. Proofs can also be sent via Federal Express and other overnight shipping services at the customer's expense. Proof must be reviewed carefully, signed and returned. A signed proof is final acceptance to produce the order. Production time starts upon receipt of signed proof.
